General Couples Arguments

General arguments are very common but not acceptable, at least not ongoing arguments.  Having a disagreement is typical but should not lead to a full blown argument. If an employee values his/her job you would do whatever it takes to keep it, or suffer with the consequences, like watching your babies go without food, no income to pay important bills, etc. So, rather than risk it all, you allow the problems to lie where they need to, on your employer's head. If you feel the employer instructions are wrong and decide to do things your way, then you have just stepped over your head. If what you decide to do fails, you will hear it from your head and your employer's head and eventually fired.

When a wife submits, she submits to God, and not to the man in the man, but to the God in that man. A wife submits against the world and everything in it. There are biblical and scriptural stratifications(Gen.3:16) that cannot be ignored and would lead to laws being inevitably transgressed. If there is an issue in a department of a large company, that issue would be address with no issues before becoming a major issue spreading and causing other issues. But we have to rely on the fact that the subordinates are professional enough to keep within the rules of the company with issues or resolutions. So, at all times the smaller departments are to remain lawful and there is no next step until this is resolved.

A woman's purpose is to help her husband(1 Cor. 11:9). Her purpose is not to challenge, combat or understand him to her personal satisfactions or to have him to accommodate or to assist her in her goals.
